Hey,

I tried to update the mongers page to say that this month's meeting'll be a test run at Alt'n'Bachs.  I couldn't get to the part that says all the meetings are at the library and the best I could do was add 'at AnB' to the calendar display short description.

Just a thought.  Free pizza at that LOPSA  thing.  TDS is right behind Old Chicago which I was at a few weeks ago. They've got a pretty good  happy hour special - 2 bucks for a pint of Guiness or something like that.

I haven't made the whole site editable by everyone. Only most things.  
I'll update the meetings page once we know for sure that we're going  
to stick with Altn Bachs. This month is just a test. Incidentally, I  
already did set the location on the calendar and provided a link to a  
map to the pub. And I'll be sending out mailings to the both this list  
and the one on meetup.com early next week.

Yeah, I think I'll be heading over to LOPSA just to see what it's like.

It was interesting. Chan gave a good talk that made sys admins ooh and  
ahh. Though some of the stuff he considers a one liner made my brain  
hurt. =) After 100 characters or so it should become a script.

w00t!  This is a topic I've been VERY eager to learn about.  For those unfamiliar with it: Moose brings a lot of the Perl 6 object-orientation system back to Perl 5.  It's becoming quite popular.
