Show up early
8:30 am the coffee starts flowing and we'll be finishing the setup and
can use some last minute help. It will be a good time to network with
other attendees as well as get your session on the board. The event
will start at 10 am sharp, so please don't be late.
Once you enter the US Bank building, take the elevators up to the 9th floor.
Public parking is available nearby
Most parking at these lots costs $3/day. Here is a map of parking
Lunch and drinks are provided
Qdoba will be providing a taco bar and The Roman Candle will be
providing pizza and salads. We will be providing water and soda.
Power strips are encouraged
The space is not outlet rich, so the more power strips we have, the
better. Make sure you label it. :)
Giving a presentation?
If you have a mac, you should bring an adapter if you have one. The
projectors are VGA connectors. label it too. :)
Happy Hour and door prizes
ULI is providing beer and BIM is providing snacks at 5pm. We'll be
drawing winners of door prizes at that time as well.
Friday morning help
We could use the help of a few people for about an hour Friday morning
at 9am with the delivery of all the tables, chairs, coolers and
whatnot. Please reply to this email if you are able to give a hand
Friday morning.
