I recently worked on a small personal Perl project that combined
network monitoring with Net::Pcap, database storage, and a web server
using Plack.  The parts are tied together with POE and it is meant to
run on Windows.  Some of those are repeat topics, but would anyone be
interested in a talk on a portion of that project or on the project as
a whole?

I've done a fair amount of that kind of thing, but the Pcap work was not in an event loop.  I'd be interested in seeing how you glued it together in POE, and I'd definitely be interested in seeing it done via Plack on Win32.

Seems interesting to me. I always like to see how various things an be glued together. And since I'm covering Plack next month, maybe you'll be showing a different use of plack.
