Tonight I was asked to give a list of requirements for people willing to volunteer to be mentors for Perl: The Next Generation. Here is that list:
1) You have to know Perl.
2) You have to be willing to give a few hours of time per month to mentoring.
3) You have to be willing to get emails from the people you're mentoring.
As you can see it's not a challenging list.
